For some reason, the exe file you provided does not work. Am I missing something?
Maybe try to look up the error? Btw I used Godot 3.5.1 stable to make this game, with GLES 3.0 graphics, V-Sync disabled, rcedit enabled and used GDScript, if you need any further information.
Thanks for the detailed response but I am still unable to get the game to work, my PC just lags out for 5 minutes.
