Someone knows how to get the outfit “discover while exploring(Tale)” because its the only one i dont have.
It seemed to trigger more when you have the 80's bottoms and footwear equipped with and explore Tale, didn't seem to trigger otherwise.

No it doesn't, it triggers when you explore the alley in a certain main tale street event, regardless of what you wear
you can get it at literally any time

I had better luck after the second dungeon I think. Before I could explore for two whole days and get nothing. It's true it doesn't matter what you wear
