I got vandeel but I think there is a bug with him. I got the first intro with him yelling after the scene where he asks me if there is anything between Vince and me.
Yeah, there's an issue with the system but we're pushing out a fix that will come along with the update on the 1st. So far it's proven to have eliminated all these random bugs of resetting conversations/events and letting you see things before you're supposed to and locking you out of content.
