0.51.1 build - with Scar and Tank at Redwood Forest camp, literally can't go anywhere from this location. just says "leave" at the location itself.
did I some how softlock my playthrough?
Yeah we're softlocked which is a tad annoying, must be that we are going to explore a new area of the map before heading back otherwise I see no reason to softlock.
