Hey I'm just trying to figure out the high arousal mechanic? How do you get her to high arousal?
Make sure you're using a new save. Catherine gets aroused when she sees the chuds getting aroused. So flirt a lot. It takes about 3 days currently to build up arousal. Currently the mechanic was more of a test. I'll make it easier to build arousal in the future as well as provide more options to use high arousal.
