can you give us more details? When do you crash, what your PC hardware is, if your drivers are up to date. Etc.
idk if you want the processor but it is Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.80 GHz
it crashes after a black screen as soon as i open the app

That is likely the cause. In the main folder there are two .bat files vulcan and dx12 please try both, and see if it helps.
