Sorry I'm not sure I understand fully.
The loading screen takes some time (~5min) before the game is fully loaded.
Then there's the warning screen, a small video and then the main menu (start, load...).
Your issue is that, on the main menu when you select start nothing happen?

By any chance do you have a traceback.txt or game.log in the data folders of the game (https://wiki.andrealphusgames.com/wiki/How_to_find_a_save_file#Android) ?
If you have any log file there, can you join our discord server, create a ticket in #create-ticket and upload the files in this ticket.
