For some time now, saves are stored in your documents folder (https://wiki.andrealphusgames.com/wiki/How_to_find_a_save_file#Android). If you're using an official android release (from here or patreon) you shouldn't have issue. If you're using unofficial android port, I can't help.
Amy, Kat and Reona are in the FAFOW DLC, which is not yet released (only available on Patreon right now). BreeMC will have more events, in fact, we ordered new events today. We will put them in the game as soon as we get them.
Last time you reported an issue about the shops, I asked, nicely, for a screenshot of the error/stacktrace (https://itch.io/post/10226958).
As you didn't provide any, I had to check myself. It turns out that, over the internet, there's only one version of our game with this specific issue on the shops. It's a custom android port available on a pirate website. The person making these (unauthorized) builds describes a crashing bug with the shops that really looks like yours (I can provide the link if you want).
Next time you find a bug, before posting (and insulting our team) ensure you're using an authorized version of our game (available on itchio, patreon, steam and gog).
There's probably something else. I can see you're not playing with the ingame cheats. Save your current game, activate cheats, misc, activate cryptic spoilers, check again the spoilers for the event.
Right now the only way to do this is to delete cache and local storage through the android application settings. Your saves won't be affected (you can make a copy of the save folder if you want to be certain Saves location). We're working on an ingame update solution to avoid this issue.
