im struggling in getting the 7th gallery. thoughts?
Choose: "Let me think about it" -> a few choices -> "Go see them" -> a few choices -> "I want you to treat my friend's mother"

also im guessing that in order to get the premium choices, gallery you'll need to buy the game?
Yes. Premium scenes are only available in the Premium versions.There is a new Premium (exclusive) scene about every 3 months, so you can also give your support on Patreon to get them.Hope you like the game so far!
