Really amazing work, the shooting feels amazing.

Not gonna lie, at first I had no idea what was going on and was just headshotting enemies until they started spawning at such insane rates that I had no shot. I accidentally figured out you interact with the red square to trade health for weapons.

After I figured that out, well the game jumped leagues. It's awesome.

The sound is minimal but so effective, and I loved it calling out my current weapon on each upgrade.

The graphics are also extremely effective, it was super cool to see that giant enemy structure crawling from the side of the map out of nowhere.

I am unable to get past the AK47, the orbs from the enemies don't get to me fast enough to replenish my ammo which leads to some weird reloading interactions.

I would also love some more mobility, like a dash, or just more movement speed in general. The physics was kinda slidy and I would occasionally accidentally run myself off the edge of the tower when going for an upgrade.

Great entry, feels great, looks great, sounds great. I recommend everyone try downloading it as well for the best experience.

Thanks for playing! I'm glad you liked it!

I definitely could have made the upgrade system more obvious, it was a deliberate choice to have it be something you discover but I'm not sure it was the right choice.

I'm so glad you like the graphics I was worried it wouldn't look cohesive.

the main movement mechanics are rocket jumping (which ofc requires you to unlock explosives) and bunny hopping which is a bit niche. A dash or something additional is a great idea and if I were to iterate this game further id definitely add powerups or a skill tree to include it.

Thanks again for playing, and thanks for the review!
