I love this game! A feature that I would love to see is womb inflation. Maybe the pharmacy could sell a womb balloon and the adult store could sell a cervix nozzle to be used with the air pump and the shower hose?
I mentioned this idea before, I don't know if the author will do it. Fake pregnant women can even be used as a side quest.
