This is the first time I buy game on Itch.io so I wanna ask some question , If I buy the game is it the DLC ? , and when the new update how can I update mine or I have to download it all over again ?
If you play the PC version, it will automatically update via the itch app. and you can download the android version when it released a new update on the game page. :)
