I didn't know that I needed a camera upgrade. what a wonderfull upgrade!!!
(It would be cool if you can make a slow time ability while holding the camera to have a better Time response and take better photos)

We were considering a slow time delay. It's still something we are umming and ahhing about. If we can make it fun we will add it.
Why not make it an optional upgrade? That way, the players can decide if they need it or not.
That's all being considered. It's more a question of how we want players to work with our gameplay loop.
