Non of my assets are specifically designed with RPG Maker in mind. For many, you will need plugins to make them work. If you're willing to try something like Unity or Godot, you'll find they don't have as many restrictions, and you'll be able to use a lot more assets.

thank you for your fast answer . i am trying to make a retro style rpg game with rpg maker as i have no programming skills sadly and i really love your assets honestly they are the best so far what i know is that rpmg maker mz supports 16x16 tilesets nowdays so would these work there? and do you mind naming some of those restrictions i might face with rpg maker?

I have no idea if this animated monster will work in RPG Maker. But I'm willing to bet it won't without some plugins, or at the very least rearranging the animation frames on the grid required by RPG Maker. This asset doesn't have the exact animation frames that RPG Maker requires, so it's probably not going to look right. You're just working within some very strict boundaries, so if you want to use RPG Maker, you should probably stick to art that was made specifically for RPG Maker.
