His outfit is spiffy and I like that the picture is busy. I wonder what he's reading/saying about the book. Your angles are pretty good on everything, I think the bookshelf can use more shadow as well as the dwarf's hair. Otherwise, I like that the light source. Just need a bit more contrast.
