So I've played this game and I love every damn bit of it! Story is interesting. Characters are awesome. And everything else just dersvere a cheifs kiss! But I do have one problem. Are moaning nosies and such going to be added to the sex sences? I dont mind the music but without anything else it's kinda a turnoff

CK won't feature voice acting (the system isn't designed for it and it would cause a LOT of file bloat) but moaning during h-scenes is a possibility. Finding, potentially licensing, adding and coding them in will take a long time, though, so it's not an immediate priority. If they're added in, expect it to be closer to the end of development.
