Hello! Speaking the true, i am hard to say what is the problem. For example, it works ok on pretty light modern pc. Like Windows 8 Intel I5. And it is hard for me to say, why it works like you say.
As i remember, game for 64 bit machines. But i think that today every machine is 64 bits.
It need to Visual C redistr pack, but you have it, if it can run it.
So problem should be in something else. It is hard to say, speaking the true.
