UE5 says it needs:

• Operating System: Windows 10.
• Processor: Quand-core Intel or AMD 2.5 GHz or faster.
• Memory: min 16GB. Best would be 32GB.
• Graphic Card: RTX 3070 16GB.

But I am running it with 8 gb ram, and gtx860M 

Windows 10 + is a must though
