in the real world nobody cares if ur a girl or boy, all it matter is if you can kill with it and what you do later on, eat the corpse as a ration, burn it, let it rot, etc.
well i'd just only cook the limbs if the source is suspect, or else i'd cook the whole thing after diassembling it, except for the head and ohter guts, not gonna eat those. i'd also save the sinew (rubbery human part to make body flexible) for making bows
eh it boosts morale when they're paid more. and the enemies fear bows made of their own tissue. there's no right or wrong in war, who cares if i burn a village?
