You forgot to say what game you're having problems with. This is the community forum, and there are over 150K games hosted on Itch. Wasn't there a comment form on the game page, where you downloaded it from?
Sorry i did’nt realise it, the game i was playing is RAFT,i play on steam
If you play on Steam, why not ask over there? You can get lucky and find someone on Itch.io who can help, but it's a long shot.
