The presentation is top notch.
There are a few problems I ran into, though.
For one, the UI doesn't appear to work correctly. Sometimes pressing play takes me to the tutorial and sometimes pressing tutorial crashes the game.
The cut mechanic isn't perfectly consistent. I know this isn't my fault, because sometimes when trying to cut through three wires, the middle wire stays intact.
I think starting a level and everything immediately moving around is a bit overwhelming. Maybe have a few seconds for the player to find their bearing or maybe wait for some player input before letting anything move.
All in all a good submission with a few flaws. Nice job
