i will say, i am slightly disappointed about the sending children away mechanic. i honestly think it would be cool if you could check on them and see grown up kids having their own adventures (and maybe rare sexy misadventures). instead, i am stuck with a void with the typical dialogue with them with a guilt trip attack when i leave T-T

The "send away" mechanic is really just to allow players to get a girl pregnant multiple times, as the system doesn't support having multiple children, sadly. It's also optional, so I can't spend too much time on it (lots of players don't like pregnancy).
As for growing the children up and having them potentially have "sexy adventures"... no. That is a whole cauldron of potential legal issues ;P
