It's unlikely, as it's an extremely polarising kink that tends to shrink a playerbase rather than grow it. I do run polls to discover what people would like to see in the game and I include options like "femboy" but they never do well.
If I did include futa/femboy content it would be as a separate (free) DLC pack that players could choose to install or not as they wished.
