One point I would recommend: show in the message what you gain/loss. Or maybe put a setting so you can see it. A lot of your actions are hard to evaluate to get the body you wish. For example: going to the gym: you are often given the drink, but does it make you gain a lot of weight or very little and it's consumed by going to the gym itself? Going out, does it give a lot of belly or not? (I assume not, since I spammed it and gained nearly nothing, even though you have the bloated belly comment)
