The furthest you can go with Riley currently is making out at the end of the frat party. Generally, just spend as much time with him as you can. More specifically, do the following:
- Spend the afternoon with him after Will's class
- Proposition him persistently, either during the afternoon or later at the party
- Take a shower before heading to the party, you'll run into Riley in there
- Spend the entire party hanging out with him
- During the confrontation with Victoria, defend him
- After the actor monologues, tell him you want to talk one-on-one instead of being introduced to the actors
