i have the same problem and can't seem to be able to meet him anyhow, actually its like the update isnt working at all seems like im stuck in the previous version, like i can't even see the new armor even if i have a lot of graul scale
You have to work at the club twice. To unlock the third time (when you hire him), you need to progress in the main story (go to the pirate ship and forgive Bradley) he'll give you a quest in which you can hire the werewolf.
nope, I can't seem to be able to get that quest at all even if I worked at the club and forgiven Bradley, i think its probably because i did those thing before the update and messed up something, don't worry anyway it's not a big deal
