I'm sorry you're having that trouble. If you're having an issue downloading the files from Itch, that's probably something that needs to be directed to Itch's support team (support@Itch.io). What I can recommend based on others experience though is trying to download via the links on my Patreon page. If you're downloading to an android, ensure you have enough available storage.
