Can you post your hardware configuration?
Then update your gpu drivers. And try running either one of the .bat files in the main directory.

i try to open them then they open for a split second then close and im going to guess that is not supposed to happen

just tell me what your PC has inside it lol
its a laptop on windows 7 so i dont really know whats inside
open "Device manager" (you can do with with windows key+R, then putting devmgmt.msc into run) then check what is under "Display adapters" and "Processors" and put both of those here
