it's not my pc because when i move the mouse to a certain position it lags, when I move it to another it doesn't, so there is something in the game that makes it lag.
Could you please elaborate? That sounds like there are problems with the mouse input, still this is the first time I'm hearing about this but maybe we can find a solution.
