Hi there. Like the error message says, It is likely that you have some AV software which is deleting files or interfering with your install files. For some reason, some AV packages think Microsoft Playwright is a malicious program. The solution is to disable all Windows, and Windows AV software, clean up, and run the program again. It will do a fresh install, and as long as no AV software tries to delete/tamper with it, it should work.
