Because the last public version is already here. What's to update? I'm waiting for Itch's support to provide some answers before selling the full game version here, if you are talking about that. No estimates on the availability date though.
A release here on itch would be nice. In my country I am not able to purchase this one via Steam, cause Steam has nearly every adult content blocked. I just don't like to pay a monthly fee on patreon. I'd rather pay a reasonable price for a full release.
