If you get it from here, SubStar, or Steam - yes, it's virus-free. If you find a copy on a shady rehosting site, I have no idea what it contains.

thank you because I really love this game and it would be a shame I have to be careful playing this game and really do hope after you finish this game you make a prequel or a squeal or even anpther game with a deffernt monster to play as.. I wish you luck!
