"There's a bar of some sort at the top of the screen that starts off empty after death, and refills. It must be relevant in some way - what's the point of it?" I very quickly gave up figuring that out and jsut went on with my day :-)
It was supposed to be a time delay that could be opened in third location(but I did not have time to do this location) and just forgot to hide this strip :(
