My memory is not that good, but if you mean spying on them in the showers, I don't think that is day-dependent, it depends on what day you start Amy's week of celibacy, and you should get a message about when. You can also catch her in a closet with Tia (Tia is not on character list, you can't talk to her) or in the hallway trampling Faye at various points, but I don't think those are day-dependent either.
