Some mods are more resource-intensive than others, which will be particularly visible if you are running the game on a laptop or using a CPU with low single-threaded frequency. The issue will only get more apparent if you are using >30fps game speed.
Upcoming versions of NTT make some performance improvements, but it’ll be a while before they will be stable.
