There's a hungry hobo in the slums you need to spend a few days talking to. You can give him any (not weird) fish, seaweed, or apples.

If it's your first time talking to him, it might be a good idea to write down what he says, cuz he has some actual game-impacting tips.

No. This Guy, any food Sleep, Give Food, Sleep Again, until he mentions the Shady Passes, then to the Junk Dealer buy a few go to Lin-Lin, Massage Artist at the Spa between Tattoo, and Devils Drink, get a Massage won't Matter which One, she would tell you How to get the Quality Passes.
