I like the color palette used, the design is pretty simple and I'm not a fan of the weird eyes and the big mouth, 7/10
Please don't take it seriously tho i just like rating ocs it's not like mine are better lol
Here's an oc I never finished, she's supposed to be at a beach, hence the simple and short clothing, go ahead and "revamp" it or whatever, I don't mind it being used, it's not like it matters anyways

hm 3 out of ten, i love the eyes, the colours of the outfit are nice however, the combination of the hair and skirt combo is horrible (dw im just being harsh its not that bad , THE HAIR NEEDS ALOT OF IMPROVMENT BUT THE MAIN THING TO FOCUS ON IS THE SKIRT) also isnt she at the beach, why does the top of her swimsuit have a hoodie part, i forgot how its called also i dont really like the shoes,the nose, and the flowers accesory, the flower mouth is fine idk i like it alot for some reasons, also i would personally remove the glasses or either make them a little smaller and (maybe) put them on top of her head, thats it also dont get offended this is just for fun ^^ (Extra, i would add a detailed nose, remove the eyes highlight, give her a customized and detailed color pallete, remove the eyes highlight, make the eyes detailed, change the hair, change the color to a fresher one, give the hair highlight and make the oc way more detailed)

Honestly, no worries. I could improve on a lot of things. This sort of feedback helps a lot. I will try my best to incorporate a lot more details next time
