Hey there! Downloaded the game recently and I'm really impressed. However, I have some questions about experience - namely experience from exploring adventure sites and encounters.

For adventure sites, is that XP per dungeon level? Or is it character level?

And for encounters, what does "per group/level" mean? Does that mean an encounter gives you one XP, or does a level 10 monster give you 10 XP?

Hey tanneryea, how are you doing? In answer to your questions over XP awards:

For adventure sites, it's 3XP per level of dungeon (so a 3 level dungeon would be 3 + 3 + 3 = 9XP). Personally, if a group has explored about 2/3 of a dungeon level I would award it.

For successful encounters (and that can include negotiation, trickery or combat) its 1XP per level of monsters (a level 1 solo or group of monsters = 1XP,  a level 5 solo or group of monsters = 5XP). Note a single level 5 monster or a group of level 5 monsters still counts as 5XP. 

The design intent was to have the bigger XP awards for completing quests and continuous minor XP awards for exploration, encounters (non-combat & combat) and treasure hunting (to reward different styles of play).
