I am in China and have to use VPN for access to r18. The VPN indicates my IP could be Hong Kong, Singapore or Japan. I am able to download videos in dcv format from r18 via VPN, so I am not geo-blocked, right?
Having an IP from China or Singapore could very well mean your being IP blocked. The only way to be sure is to make sure you have one from Japan, or another country/gateway which will not filter you.
