So the way it works here, whenever new version of game comes out, it is behind 10$ paywall. After week or two, the price goes down to 5$, so if you pay 5$ now, you'll have access to .11 after the price goes down to 5$ again. You also can pay 10$ now and have instant access to .11 when it comes out (also, the 10$ purchase must be done as single payment, so itch.io won't recognize two 5$ payments as 10$, that's true of any game on itch unfortunately).
