Ah well, I don't mind waiting for the full release but it depends if it'll take very long to be finished to be honest. I don't know your planned release date so yeah (I mean, I don't know if the november one is after being pushed back or not)...
If it'll be long, then partial releases may be a good idea! After all, me and I'm sure tons of other people are hyped for this game for a very long time haha.
That reminds me I haven't pre-ordered yet. Time to do it I guess
