no, but I uninstalled the game, incl. installer, then redownloaded it. Now, it imply stops patching at 33%, 'Downloading File [scene_Asmedia.rpa] - (0%) -Est. Time (0h 0m 0s)'
...the file had reached ~40% download before it simply reset for me.
