The war system will be very large and effect a lot of things, so I can't just make it in a quick update or two. It's basicly a large project that I have to take some time for. And since there are currently still many other things that need to get done, I put the priority on those and leave the big project for when those are taken care off.
It'll come eventually, definitely before the time skip in the main story, but not anytime soon I fear.
