I can list out a few things from my notepad.
Skipping days - A way to skip 1-6 days (Already in the game but not in the version)
Picture pinups - Photshoots with your girls and do some pictures with a different outfit, you can either sell them or collect them (Although to sell them you will need a higher affection, highler level, and higher slutiness)
PeepABoo - The streamer girl website to be available
Minigames - The yakuza 0 minigame of a hostess (Not sure if I should add), Adding a lockpicking system like in skyrim(70% sure, and will add an option to enable it or disabling it)
