The overall description for this release is still the same as for .16.9; the changelog is different though. Are Jessica and the Paperdolls the only new stuff?

And yes, the changelog details all changes in an update. The paperdoll system took longer than I'd hoped to sort out to my satisfaction, hence the smaller update. Hopefully they'll start getting meatier from this point on, now that the paperdoll mechanic has been nailed down! :)
