How can I get a second heart with Roushk and Rhot?
To be honest I don't know how to it. I never achieved any of their second hearts.
Rhot isn't possible atm but Roushk you can get by doing the hang out event with him and Othra.
The celebration event?
nah its called Bonding in Othra's chat menu.

I think you need enough likes with both of them.
