How do I wake up Sasha to go training and how do I unlock Christa's branch?

For Christa, just watch her sleep two times, get the blanket off of her when she sleeps
Than go sleep in your bed when it's night, she'll wake you up herself.
As for Sasha, when Instructor catches you, you should go talk to her at the training grounds in the morning > go to her shack in the evening, talk to her > meet sasha in the eatery, invite her to the barn > late at night, go to the barn, click on her, she hugs you > go sleep in your bed late at night, MC thinks about Sasha > you're good to go to wake her up
