It's an intentional loop, pay attention to what MC says. You gotta focus on Jane, Sasha, Annie and Ymir first. Then when you do them, you'll progress and be able to do other girls.
You should do exactly what it tells you to, move it to another directory. Move it to applications folder for example. You're trying to launch it straight from the download folder, where system can't overwrite things.
The version is currently for 20$ (as it's ALPHA). It'll come down in the following days once we release beta, as always. No one's taken your access away, mate

It's a testing software, why be concerned? Trying to add an option where you'd be able to update the game by just doing it inside the game, we'll see how it goes.
