Hi there. This type of troubleshooting isn't really my forte, but I'll give it a shot.

You mentioned the 32-bit executable file. Have you tried just running the regular, 64-bit version? When you extract the zipped file, you should see three folders, a python file, an SH file, and two exe files: one exe is called PerfectPitch and the other called PerfectPitch-32. Have you tried running any exe besides the 32-bit version? If not, try running PerfectPitch.exe.

If that isn't working, are other ren'py games working for you or is it just this one?

Give those two ideas a try first.

With the 64 it works for me but the fact is that my native language is not English and I use a program to help me understand the texts, but it only translates with the 32 one. Any other ideas? :c. I also tried other renpy games and I don't have any problem..

I have no idea if this will actually work for you, but I opened up the 32-bit renpy launcher and built a new distribution of the v0.5 version for you. I had success launching the 32-bit application with this new distribution where as I hadn't with existing builds.

Awesome. Super glad to hear it works for you. And no, I don't have a discord for this game. I'm happy to answer the occasional comments on itch, but I don't feel any burning desire to give progress updates or constantly interact with others. I prefer going off to do my own thing for a few months and then post the result once I'm happy with it.

You'll have to let me know how the translation works out for you. There's a lot of puns and wordplay in this game, and I'm curious to hear how that would go over in different languages.
