Looks like one of three possible answers:
1. Your download was corrupted (this can happen if your ISP experiences micro-outages during the download process). Simply download the file again.
2. You extracted the update into the same folder as a previous, much older update. You need to extract each update into a fresh folder if you're on PC, Mac or Linux. Don't worry about saves - they will be automatically transferred.
3. You extracted the update into the same folder as another game and partially overwrote it. See #2 for solution.
